I take pride in contributing to aspiring nursing students' journeys. Mentoring and guiding these individuals through the challenges of entering nursing school has been immensely rewarding. I find joy in sharing insights and offering support as they navigate the path to becoming healthcare professionals. Being a part of YNS allows me to witnessing the growth and success of students on their journey to nursing school. It is truly fulfilling.

I enjoy meeting students to connect with them about their goals and aspirations and share my experiences. I get a lot of fulfillment out of volunteering because it helps me give back to my community and help others. I volunteer my time because others did the same for me when I was first starting out and now I have a chance to give back. I feel inspired by the younger generation and their aspirations about school, work and life.

I was lucky to meet Klyne spontaneously during his visit to Seattle, and I've volunteered for Next Steps-US ever since. I have deeply enjoyed my role as a mentor.
